1. Who we are
PMBet Tanzania is operated by Playmaster Gaming Corporation Limited, registered at Lumumba/Uhuru Street, Plot 19, Block 75, P.O. Box 31920, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Licence number SBI000000034, Gaming Board of Tanzania. This policy explains how we handle personal data of users of pmbet-tz.com and the Android app. Data protection queries: privacy@pmbet-tz.com.
2. Data we collect
- Registration: full name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number, email
- KYC: National ID, passport or driver's licence; proof of address dated within 3 months
- Financial: deposit and withdrawal history, stakes, winnings — no card PINs or full mobile money credentials stored
- Device & usage: IP address, device type, OS, browser, session data, bet and game history
- Support: content and timestamps of emails, live chat, and phone interactions

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Payment processors: M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa — to process transactions
- Game providers: Spribe, Evolution, Pragmatic Play — player identifier only, never name or financial data
- Regulators: Gaming Board of Tanzania, law enforcement, and financial intelligence units where legally required
- KYC providers: third-party identity verification services
- Self-exclusion register: player identifier only, upon a self-exclusion request

- Account and KYC data: 7 years from account closure (AML requirement)
- Transaction records: 7 years from each transaction date
- Bet and game history: 5 years from each activity date
- Support communications: 3 years from last contact in each case
- Marketing consent records: 2 years after consent withdrawal
After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained for statistical purposes.

- Encrypted storage for identity documents and sensitive data at rest
- Role-based access controls on a need-to-know basis

8. Your rights

9. Cookies
Manage preferences via the cookie settings link in the footer. Disabling analytics and marketing cookies does not affect platform access.
10. Minors
PMBet Tanzania is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Age is verified during KYC before any withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately, all activity voided, and data deleted. Report suspected minor accounts to privacy@pmbet-tz.com or 0800 711 222.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or applicable law change. Material updates are notified by email and displayed on the platform for at least 30 days before taking effect. The effective date above is updated with each revision. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
